People do not connect dots. Either side. Obama was immersed in Wrights teaching for 20 years. It became embarrassing during the campaign so he threw his long time pastor/mentor under the bus. Wrights "hating whitey" (yes one I heard actually used that phrase" sermons started disappearing from the internet. Scrubbed. No problem.

But it is the same stuff just a different way to get there. And both sides fall for it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8384632623933772727.post-992291433838827652015-12-14T10:12:48.188-05:002015-12-14T10:12:48.188-05:00Anon - Good point: "Hang on to hope..." ...Anon - Good point: "Hang on to hope..." I am trying to do that. But atheists and fundamentalist Christians tell me I can't do that unless I believe the whole Bible, that it is inerrant, and that I can't believe in Christ either if I don't also believe in every single other thing the Bible contains. But I am hanging on. New post about this shortly.FBC Jax Watchdoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10740366031265491559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8384632623933772727.post-84059767463531779002015-12-14T10:05:16.712-05:002015-12-14T10:05:16.712-05:00I read this on Friday night and thought about the ...I read this on Friday night and thought about the remarks and also Ham's view as well. After thinking about it, here lies some matters to think about and how people like Ham confuse covenants even about American and "proclaiming" judgments. Ham should be careful in becoming another Fred Phelps. Playboy is closed shop and more people of even being reserved about pro-choice abilities to abort. These trends actually are showing a conservative trend.

The thing about America is that it is unique. The Puritan church existed before the Constitution came in. It is not by any means Judeo-Christian in its FOUNDATION rather it is holds more to a theistic natrualistic perspective with encouraging its leaders to seek God's will and INSPIRATION from the Bible to lead this great nation. Jefferson was NOT a secular deist by the way, he was one who favored the Pentateuch over the New Testament and preferred the style of the communal style of Christianity over the state church mentality. There MAY be some element of judging the leaders for straying so far from the intentions found in the Constitution that I am not sure, but I would not err the other way either for fear of the LORD constrains me in presumption. We are to pray and intercede and hope, and also WATCH!

Hang on to Hope when there seems no hope to speak of, God still has children to come back for. I realize she read a Christmas story about Santa, but I honestly don't hold that against her like Ken Ham does. Should I? I'm "revealing" I can think for myself and not demonize those that don't always agree with me on religious matters. Like the Obamas. Harvard grads. Great family. What do you reveal about yourself if you criticize them for saying "holiday" or reading to kids about Santa.FBC Jax Watchdoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10740366031265491559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8384632623933772727.post-36247100062704897222015-12-11T19:06:56.830-05:002015-12-11T19:06:56.830-05:00"Ken even drags faithful Christian wife and m..."Ken even drags faithful Christian wife and mother michelle Obama into it these egregious and damning accusations against her." I've always thought that the geography of the USA is great and awesome (but that's not a national credit), and it is very wealthy these days. That's about it. If freedom includes Trump insulting all the world's Muslims then it is a funny, one-sided kind of freedom. The article is at least as blinkered and inaccurate as the one it tries to criticize.
